Overview

This is a weekly web and mobile eLearning experience for members of an intensive lifestyle intervention program who are working through a year-long, habit-changing curriculum based on four pillars: nutrition, exercise, mental health and sleep. The example lesson provided here is an introductory lesson about goal setting.
